Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Shilp Creation Jewellery. We are dedicated to delivering your beautiful jewelry securely and on time. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to get your jewelry to you as swiftly and safely as possible.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your jewelry all the way to your doorstep.

4. Packaging and Security

Because we ship high-quality jewelry, all our packages are carefully packed in secure, tamper-evident packaging. For your security, please do not accept any package that appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Note: Include this section only if you ship outside India. Shilp Creation Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photographs of the damaged package before opening it.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate the issue with our courier partners.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If the carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
